GWGO: recent pps activities overview


This is an update on shareholder and CEO activities of GWGO
and as one would surmise, the recent run-up of the price.

GWGO Shareholders:

I have received an email from the CEO as well. It confirms the short selling is the reason for the companies continued stock decline. We already know this since they are listed on the SHO LIST.

They are in the process of speaking with legal auth. and stockbrokers to see which MM are shorting the stock, and what can be done.

He has also comfirmed no common shares have been dumped into the market by insiders or third parties.

They are looking at ways to improve shareholder value short term as they begin the AZ mining process.

If this is all true, the MM must buy back at higher prices if they cannot provide legal certificates at these levels.

We are at a loss to understand to the continual decline in or share price.

The decline is possibly due to factors beyond our control. We are very
concerned about this gradual decline in shareholder value insofar as our
share price is concerned and are at this time considering drastic corporate
restructuring to protect our shareholder's interests.

We intend to rectify this matter rapidly and would ask you to appreciate the
fact we cannot discuss matters further beyond our Press Releases to
shareholders.

One can surmise by today's increase in price, the dividend declaration and confirmation of legal reprise on behalf of the company against unconfirmed market maker manipulation(s), this company is serious about being responsible to their shareholders.
