Yes I do now DOS, and at the time I think I confirmed it to myself the last time it hit 20 cents. At that time it was basically the crew from Montreal who created this empty shell to begin with. They were actually able to get some serious pumping and dumping in numerous stocks, all of which are now used up and left for dead.
The difference is, at that time some actually believed some of the BS that Aurus (or the Montrealers) spewed. Now nobody believes it (other than maybe a few on the 'official' board). Taking supply off the market (as I said these guys are likely incapable of actually restricting shares) could theoretically raise the price, and the other side is demand as you say. The problem is there is no demand (short lived demand into the company's scammy moves don't count or hold). And with every scammy move the company makes they make (another fake document most recently) they confirm to the market more and more that there should be absolutely no demand for shares other than a couple of hour flip into their lies. Certainly not enough demand to raise the market cap by 10x.
As for not raising the share count the pump and dump was done years ago by the Montrealers and the current crew probably has no need. Obviously there are / were some remaining shares the Russians want money for. Half a billion shares at .003 or 5 billion shares at .0001....the math says that diluting on these scams doesn't work, especially when there is no demand.

Hey...it was a nice double the other day for those fortunate enough to already have orders in or fast enough fingers to take it. There may even be another. Be nimble. Many more are now underwater after the yet another fake document disaster.
