You believe it was an empty shell when it was at .435 don't you? So what difference does that make? Taking 25% of the shares out of circulation will defiantly raise the PPS, simple law of supply and demand. Weather or not a stock is a scam has very little to nothing to do with share price. Also I believe there is a big difference in a scam and a very poorly run pinkie. Can you explain why they have never increased the share count in 5 years? Anyone smart enough to run a scam this long would surly have diluted it to the billions by now. The fact they have not proves they are not stock savvy enough to run a scam. Scam or real, they need help.
