CLDR - No Explanation Needed - Just look at the trades today. On the verge of a breakout and the company is raising money. I'm not saying it's going to stay this way, but these actions don't inspire confidence -- especially after languishing for several months before I entered.
As I said, "if" -- and that's a conditional statement -- get additional information worth sharing after talking to Lovatt tomorrow, I'll let you know. He's confirmed the dillution, pointed to PRs etc, but he definitely missed the big picture of the momentum he had in this stock. I'm frankly flabergasted, but still a tainted tenacious trader on this stock.
