On a (grossly conservative basis) if equity were to be rewarded say 4 billion does anyone honestly believe PPS of .17-.18 makes sense.

How many tickers worth or potentially worth billions are trading at these levels?

Looking forward to the UNKNOWNS becoming KNOWN

There is no question that this PPS range reeks of manipulation.
