Whoever that someone is... will be crying in short order. If you waited 99% of the way, why not hang tight for another day or week. The chances that someone will sell and pick up any substantial amount of shares for much less isn't worth the risk of missing a huge run and chasing it IMO.

Everyone has their strategy, but to sell now is just plain risky.
