Wanderport Corp.
(PINKSHEETS: WDRP) today confirmed the signing of a definitive agreement with
Design 1st Inc. two weeks ahead of the scheduled November 10th, 2010 deadline,
to produce and obtain optimum results from the heat exchanger configuration

well within Wanderport's objectives and therefore, improve the likelihood of
completing the product within the estimated timeframe of fourth quarter 2010.
Wanderport's regular communication with Design 1st Inc. will hasten timeline
updates and facilitate a more precise timetable schedule, which will be amended
and reported accordingly. Wanderport Corporation anticipates no increase in
total shares outstanding to finance the cost this contractual burden, as funds
have been set aside privately and a percentage should be recovered through a
Canadian government research and development subsidy program.

the successful comple tion of the pre-production unit. Spearheading the
assignment is Mr. Bruno Zoccali, an expert in thermal dynamics and custom

includes Hydro-Quebec, IBM Canada, Scientific Atlanta (Cisco), Positron, Rolls
Royce GTE, Dectron, Flomerics, CAE, and Elcan (Raytheon) to name a few.

"Working with Design 1st Inc. is certainly accelerating the process leading to
our end product and provides a premise for converging opinions, that I felt was
needed to corroborate my results," stated Mr. Robert Simoneau, Wanderport
Corporation's Technical Advisor and product Licensor. "Our USA distributor, Mr.
Dave Myers, President of Utility Marketing Concepts Inc., has also expressed his
delight in the opportunity to communicate product efficiency requirements for
his market to Design 1st Inc.," added Mr. Simoneau.

"We now have an entourage of engineering and industry professionals working
together to complete our product," said Richard Martel, CEO of Wanderport
Corporation. I just can't help being excited for the future of the company and
its valued investors because the final production phase is in view and the
