A 750mil A/S increase is not bad, considering alternatives to raising capital which are crippling, and considering PL could have raised it many billions.

A top notch legal group was utilized, not your standard pink play move.

It's reasonable to expect, at this point, Paul is going to pull this off. If the device is real, performs as projected, a 1.750 bil A/S won't stop this PPS going to dollars.

If the device proves to be a game changer for the varied fields of use, sales will drive this PPS into the 100's of dollars.
