What are the chances of the FDIC unwinding the WAMU/JPM Deal if JPM entered into the deal under fraudulent circumstances and did not completely reveal (to the fdic) the condition of their books inncluding all debt (MBS)? If they actually had this much debt, then they were not a solvent buyer of WAMU..

CNBC reporting JPM AND OTHERS may have to buy back 55Billion to 120 Billion in MBS! In my opinion if they have this type of debt that have to buyback, then initially it means they were not in the right financial position to STEAL WAMU under undisclosed Accouting Principles.. I wonder what thwe total MBS debt JPM picked up from WAMU was. We had risk managers who could answer the question.

This is getting Larger by the DAY!
