THREE SOLID PRs in the last 6 trading days...
1. STRU refiling Form 10-12g
2. Opening of the Boar Stud Facility on Sept 20th.
3. Gourley pigs born...worldwide significance for non-surgical embryo transfer in swine, sheep, turkeys, deer, etc.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN??????
1. We will have the semen (large capacity)
2. We have the ET technology to accelerate the delivery of our genetics and change a herds genetics quickly.
3. Over $4 million in working capital and almost $1.8 million in revenues in the first 6 mos of 2000 and we haven't even gotten off the ground yet.
4. A quality filing to the SEC which CLEARLY tells the world where we are and where we are going (well kind of). The whole story still hasn't really unfolded.
5. A major step taken toward getting back on the OTC.
6. It only took STRU 2 mos and 3 weeks to refile after getting comments back from the SEC (STRU received comments from the SEC on June 7th and refiled on August 28th). I know it seemed like an eternity but considering that management had to completely rewrite the Form 10, including two newly acquired companies, PLUS carry on business........they did a very good job.
LET'S HOPE THE PRs CONTINUE.
