What about it? where is Urbie posting?

You seem to think Janice is somehow discredited, and possibly should not be posting because she's had a lawsuit filed against her.

But you sure don't seem to mind that the company you're pumping is headed by a guy who has been sued by everyone.

Besides, Urbie may not be posting, but he sure likes throwing out totally ridiculous and misleading information at the races.
