Thanks for sharing. I used to be in BIEL but got out while I was still in the green...and have seen it drop lower and lower since, although .01 seems to be a kind of floor for now, and I'm thinking this could be near a bottom? They seem to be selling their product abroad, so they have some kind of revenue and so on, with the potential for uplisting, FDA, etc...although if FDA declined that would hurt BIEL even with int'l sales? (but how much)...I'm not sure what is actually priced into the stock now....is it oversold or about right here? It seems like a decent (re)entry point, but then again it could be some time before it goes anywhere (or not).
