The power that is to be generated by these proposed powerplants is, well... small. I did a research project last week about biofuels and geothermal in KENYA, and even there in sub-saharan Africa they were building similar plants that generate significantly more power (even their wind farms generated more than a 7MW powerplant). There is no way that in heavily populated New England, a 7 or 10 MW powerplant is going to be profitable.
