I just called OTCMarkets and just simply asked them what the time line would be for removing the CE on SMPP and the lady told me that it is 3-5 business days for the update from the date of the attorney letter posting.

So...

Since the attorney letter was posted last Friday 10/22, the earliest the CE will be removed is tomorrow 10/27 and should be no later than Friday 10/29.

With that being said, we can stop refreshing OTCMarkets and watch the scenery develop today for what is coming in the next few days/weeks.
