I wish I had the answer to that. I am just a little worried on how the debtors now seem to be on a fast track to get their DS and POR approved – I am still very hopeful that JH’s examiner report will knock the debtors off their track.

If we have all been able to dig up the dirt that would prove to the commend person that this is a clear case of bankruptcy fraud then one would think this examiner report should be a slam-dunk its over for the debtors, but what if it is not conclusive?

I received a 4 page letter yesterday regarding:
#1 voting for the approval of DS
#2 Establishment of voting record date
#3 Hearing on confirmation of the plan and procedures for objecting to confirmation of the plan and
#4 Procedures and deadline for voting of the plan.

Yes, as per letter it stated that parties not entitled to vote can still object to the plan with a deadline of Nov. 19th for those objections.

IMO – I think we need to be writing objections before this Nov. 19th deadline.
Did other get that letter?
