Wave ETS vs. Dell ETS
This is a copy of an e-mail my computer tech received from a regional sales manager for Dell. Thought it might be of intertest.
As we discussed, if your customer is interested in Wave Embassy software and is using this on a Dell platform I would recommend Dell ETS 1.0. This release, although named 1.0 because it is our first release specifically for Dell, is our latest software release and is optimized to run on Dell platforms. The Dell ETS is tied to the Dell bios so will only work on a Dell platform.
The release includes all of the same applications available in ETS 4.1 plus Secure E-mail, Secure EFS, and Secure Wireless Authentication wizards.
