Show me where I lied and the $10.20 pps was real. You can't because that's a lie buddy. Never happened. ECMH had a R/S in June this year at 1/30. In the past they had one before I ever knew about this company. Probably 2004 or 05. Those are the facts bro.

The share price is what it trades at on any given day. It's set by Market Makers and isn't adjusted with some lame formula you came up with.
