everyone knew that the company had a ton of debt and no revenue stream to pay the creditors -- so the fact that a quebec court has issued some order acknowledging this obvious fact may not be a big deal or even a big negative, since in fact it may be the stimulus that has been needed to push many of the players to get off their duffs and get this thing moving again, in a positive direction....
