Since Monk and EIGH have been breaking sooooooo many laws openly, for such a long time as what is claimed here on this board, why has there been NO legal action been taken against them?

Just a question for folks to consider.

A possible answer could be that they haven't done anything illegal and some folks are way misinformed or want to misinform folks with half truths in order to get people to sell their shares. But why would they do that? Probably because there is a detrimental short position here on EIGH which means they (MM's)need you to sell your shares back to them so they can clear the books before someone starts looking into them.

They will try very hard to scare you into selling. GLT the honest folks.
