Sorry for being bi-polar, and correct me if I'm wrong.....didn't Watson also mention the OS increase was also needed to stay agile for upcoming deals? Maybe something dropped in his lap and he had to act fast. Maybe a juicy deal he couldn't pass up. Who Knows......we will find out soon enough I think.
