I must apologize. My post about the auditors note was my attempt at subtle humor. When I wrote it today, I did not think anyone would believe it was a real auditor's note.

Think about it. What auditor would acknowledge that infringees that had gone bankrupt actually had 'rightful' property rights.

I was attempting to make the point that Nokia willfully infringes on smaller owners of IPR who don't have the wherewithal to take on a giant like Nokia. And that when these firms go under, Nokia recognizes the benefit by reducing its provision.
