GVDI down 31% a week before the R/M 14c should be filed and a possible 8K forthwith. GVDI has 74M share float with half that float in restricted form. The R/M is with a realestate company that has over 20M in assets. GVDI is setting up nicely with small volume moving the PPS up or down 30+ percent
