So if Alpha & platnum are restricted to holding 9.98% net, what would it matter what methode they use to amass. SELL the awarded and reach the 4.98% each and share the wealth(actually), or just wait for toe BUY the warrants @.10,pending the UPTAKE in "LBSR" share price. Which method would you preffer? If I were AorP, I think I would sell the awardded shares and bank the money for THE WARRANTS @ the .10cents per share price. Hence they would net close to 2 million and still get the 9.98% non-voting shares. So all we are talkin is that the OPEN MKY got to buy the chiepies and all it has done is to have kept the price down for this short period of time. DOES ANYBODY SAVY MY LINE OF THINKIN HERE ? KY!
