Mistracer and LBSR holders-It is Alpha and Platinum

as the shares outstanding increased by 35 million and the 88 million shares are restricted for 1 year and can't be sold.

Any old shares you would have seen a SEC Filing and there is none.

The info. you copied from CNBC is old and outdated-even though it has the current date-it is OLD and NOT updated.

It is Alpha and Platinum. Insiders wouldn't be able to buy or sell right now given the Material "JV".

Unless the have an automatic sell program in place which they do NOT.
