Again, if CLYW wants to reverse the original $100 million judgement and CLYW does, then CLYW can't settle with Daic. Any settlement would have to preclude CLYW for going after Daic for the original judgement, otherwise Daic would not settle. Do not look for a settlement to happen, which means the case will have to go to a jury.
