I just called the 877-204-2988 phone number that was in the QTN ads in the Washington Blade on Feb. 18 and Feb. 25. The phone was answered by someone from QTN who informed me they are up in Boston, NYC and SF on RCN. He took my name and phone number and said I'd be called back when QTN is available here in the Washington, DC area.
