JPM lawyer stepped in to help Rosen quash what appeared to be telling arguements by Cal. etal to stay the DS. JPM counsel stated JPM would shoulder the burden of the clean up above the costs covered by insurance thus relieving WMI of the burden. Cal asked for it in writing Her Honor said 'so let it be written'.
Seems like a simple thing if JPM's assertion was in good faith.

More evidence that WGM is not fulfilling their duties to their client and to the court. Hasn't Her Honor already warned WMI that they cannot shield behind their attorneys?
