Zen, interestingly in the pr of the 24th where they mention the "term sheet" there is no mention of with who. In fact they say because of a confidentiality agreement we can not disclose
who they are talking with. This seems different from what MW has said in the places you mention. If it is as you say in your post "term sheet with Boston Scientific....for a combination of exclusive and non-exclusive licenses....for multiple products across multiple division". I've believed BIPH could be working with Boston Scientific's blockbuster products ever since last summer when BIPH began filing patents for everything from anti-antenna stents, guidewires, and cathedars to the photonic patents." then we could very well have a big winner.
Patience once agin rules here.
