Stuki at the current PPS, it's a higher stakes game for BIPH now, yet Friday afternoon my finger was twitching on the buy bottom to buy more BIPH that would have brought it up past 50% of my IRA....but I settled down and got some oxygen before I hit buy.
At these prices I realize not just "any deal" will launch BIPH's PPS up from here, but if what MW's been saying in SEC filings and interviews is true, then BIPH might still be able to deliver a big surprise to the market. I'm referring to the SEC filing language about "term sheet with Boston Scientific....for a combination of exclusive and non-exclusive licenses....for multiple products across multiple division". I've believed BIPH could be working with Boston Scientific's blockbuster products ever since last summer when BIPH began filing patents for everything from anti-antenna stents, guidewires, and cathedars to the photonic patents.
If the burden of evidence presented by MW proves truthful when evidenced in a formal agreement announced by a "major medical device" manufacturer.....we should be quite happy.

I might be back around here on 4/1....as that's when my contract ends and my project is scheduled to be completed....and I've got nothing else lined-up as of yet. I've rejected plenty of haz. waste consulting jobs as of late, but I'd rather try to succeed here at this before doing that again.
