Im surprised at you guys. We have one obstacle in our way, after jumping over about 5 buildings everyone acts like this thing is over.

Raise your hand if you think Sussman is going to fold like a chair. Thats not how this is going to go down. The reason Nelson was so quiet is because it was not his place to argue. As he sat comfortably in that chair as witnesses say, did he look as if he was blowing the case? If he was in jeporady of losing what he know is ours; was he desperately trying to think of a new plan, or something to object? No. No. No. He knows the course this is going to take.

If JMW felt the DS met requirements, then so be it. Nelson could have objected for reasons A-Z why it should not be, as we have seen the requirements this week on this board. He didn't. SS and Nelson have a game plan, and they are going to stick to it.

How about a little faith that they did not waste their time with this case to say nothing and get rolled over.

You dont get to the top this way. I think SS will surprise all of us in the next two weeks how good he really is, and will slam the door shut. There is still documents under seal that have yet to be seen, and whether its a smoking gun or not, it had importance.
