A comparison was made between BGOI and USOG of which I do own stock. Other members also asked my opinion on this stock. I completed my preliminary DD last night and post some facts this morning.

The link and page number on the 10-Q is posted in support of the facts I stated:

The company sold its only 2 revenue producing wells
The company has defaulted on 12 notes
