EIGH's PATH FORWARD:

This was in the last PR, but for obvious reasons did not receive the focus it currently deserves. Does everyone understand what this means? If you don't please do a little DD..... know what you're holding people, can't stress that enough.....

Programs have already been initiated with the cooperation of share holders to retire certificates to reduce in the tradable float.
