Arguments of the litigation have long been over and, yes, the Judge is sitting on her opinion ... at the request of the various Counsel.

As with other issues/claims (i.e. tax refunds), the disposition of the $3.7B was included in the settlement agreement rather than let the Judge rule or decide on its ownership.

If I recall correctly, its litigation is part of the Automatic Stay that Rosen filed with Judge Sleet's court shortly after filing his GSA/POR.


Added: As for the Examiner's review of that deposit and its rightful owner ... it will be nice to get a confirmation from them that it truly belongs to WMI. That's our hope anyway.
