Westmoreland Glass Factory
A demolition project that incorporates the recycling/sale of antique brick along with the sale of salvageable steel and other materials to be sold. Upon completion the property will be readied for development.

West Virginia Acreage
Several hundred acres that contain natural resources along with timber rights that will also incorporate a possible hunting lodge and or resort.

Natural Gas Operations/Rights
The Westmoreland site retains natural gas rights along with a transfer storage unit.

Mining Resources
The Company has several opportunities in this area specifically on its West Virginia property and is in the process of evaluating the best use of those assets.
