Here's another thought. Supposedly he is charging people 1000 dollars to attend a Monkinar. It is also claimed that up to 50 to 80 people per event are said to attend these seminars, yet he now says he can't cover the 21,000 in costs to stage a Monkinar.

How many of the attendees are just plants who have been allowed to attend for free to juice up the audience and to work the marks?
