WASHINGTON – The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association's (BCBSA) National Labor Office (NLO) announced today that it has formed strategic alliances with FutureScripts and CorCell Companies, Inc.

They formed it in December of 2009

None of these acquisition deals required money. None of them had any real serious count in storage. They have sales channels. This game is no longer about bio insurance. It is all about having stock on hand for transplants. US heavily regulated. Overseas not so much. Have these international labs using the same manufacturing process and move the stems around where needed when needed to meet the transplant demand. That requires inventory; diverse inventory. They (BCBSA) may have created the first multi-hub private collection of banks that also store for donor needs (allogeneic public). They only required promise. BCBSA stating it needs to store for medical certainty here and abroad is guaranteed.

A second thought could be simply is it cheaper for BCBSA to give you airfare and travel to ship you to a destination for the treatment? Avoid FDA all together and save them loads of money.

BCBSA needs a diverse pool of blood for the USA based transplant centers:
Asian
S America
European
USA - melting pot "Demand"
