DLeo - As you probably know, we don't have much of a choice when trading OTCBB stocks. Unless your broker allows it, you can only use limit orders for buys and sells.

More often than not, if I'm day-trading non-BB stocks, I use Limit orders to buy and Market Orders to sell. For longer term holds, I usually use GTC Limits to sell.

All depends on the type of trade and what you're comfortable with. In fast moving markets you get burned once in a while using either Market or Limit orders when price or execution isn't achieved. On the other hand, once in a while you'll get filled at a price better than your original market sell order - or a lower price on market buy orders.(which I don't use much)

Maybe it's better that we can't use market orders with BB stocks. I can just imagine what the MMs would do with that...lol
