Late replying to you, but you just nailed it. The board did. There is one person on the board. He might as well just call himself by name, instead of by 'The Board' which he has done in EVERY scam under ticker EIGH.

Doesn't matter what company/CEO is heading up EIGH. The verbaige in the PR's is ALWAYS the same.
