jigfish, OS doesn't post facts, they post opinions. Their reporting of HQNT includes lots of phrases such as "we now believe" and "it appears to us". These indicate opinions, not facts. Their reporting of the Rao judgement will likely turn out to be another half-truth. The $1 million figure is probably right, Miles would be foolish to make that number up, but does HQNT get the software? If so, then it appears that HQNT gets the software for about half the amount of the original contract (3 million shares x .716 share price on 12/31/03). Plus, Cohn gets 350k on top of that.
Seeing how OS is being sued by the SEC, I don't think their complaints on HQNT are going very far. Speaking of which, why hasn't OS reported being sued by the SEC on their webpage? Did Timothy Mile's magical crystal tell him not to?
