i just wanted to say, i told you all! this judge is WEAK. stop being apologetic for her. even bopfan, one of the legal eagles who knows more than me, said it herself...this DS is GARBAGE and should be flushed down the toilet. and what do we have today?? DS approval from a WEAK and dare i say it DUMB judge who is obviously under some sort of pressure from somewhere not to slam the gavel.

now all our hopes are on the examiner and Susman. I just hope Susman et al starts either leaking or releasing some information.
