The average Joe/Jane doesn't have the time nor inclination to sit through this MIND-NUMBING hearing to gather the simple truth that you just stated. Instead, they'll read the press release that's even now being crafted ... that the DS has been approved, setting the stage for the final act ... And THAT will cause the PPSs to tank later on today.
