You are looking at the chart the wrong way.
Slow days on relatively low volume when the stock was dropping a couple pennies per session were days where shares were sold, they appeared to be "buys" yet they were sell orders through the same Market Maker.
This stock was an easy and obvious short, unfortunately for you, there was never a significant short position, the stock kept dropping little by little on insider profit taking, couple hundred thousand shares at a time over days, weeks...up until 1 day before "divi" was to be paid, stock recorded one of its highest volume sessions PRIOR to the PR being released, look @ G**O and C**V, both same exact pattern...add 2 and 2 together.
Nobody is going to dump millions of shares at the bid in the open market, that's idiotic, it was being liquidated slowly since the $0.40 while it was still touted.
Take it or leave it, that's reality, you make w/e you want of it, or create your own.
You were lied to and deceived once by this "company" ran by one guy and promoted by another, now you want to believe a share buyback and more "good news" down the road?
No numbers about the Den's "acquisition" came to light, no numbers were given to the shareholders, nothing to work with...

PS : this below is from the other "FLD" play, to give some perspective.

C**V Its financial statements, which are not audited or filed with regulators, show that for the three months ended June 30 it had a mere $361 in revenue and $24,076 in expenses.

But the handful of 99-cent games it recently introduced have overwhelmingly negative user reviews.

I.E : A scam, a stock with $361 revenue, yet people were promised $5.00/share when it would be all said and done...come on.
Same idea here...no revs, none, cash very low, raised from selling stock.
