"the accounting treatment of the cash windfall resulting from the Company's unique financing model cannot be deemed either revenue or retained earnings, and therefore, these monies are ineligible for the purposes of issuing a special dividend"

Although it was very disappointing not to see the dividend paid, it was very positive to see that the company, after seeking legal advice, still refer to the windfall as company money.

Also note: "the Company has put forward a series of mechanisms, policies and checks, including but not limited to accountability audits and several proposed Corporate stock purchase programs to address the negative impact of these events and situation."
