Yanik- I have read your post and wish the best for you and the rest of us here. My first son was born this past week, and nothing would be better for him and my family than a WaMu "W!" I read, hope, and pray. (I even did some Ihub catching up while waiting.)

Just a short note that sits in the back of my mind.
We have not heard much lately from EC and SS... why? I believe, because he has it locked up. Nelson doesnt need 10 court filings for this and that, and SS doesnt need to be in court to bully.

This is what BR/WG are doing right now, and really have been for some time. If your on the winning side, you run the ball left, right, up the middle with two hands.

The less I have seen from SS, the more confident I am he's just running out the clock.

Since I dont have $$$ to burn, I changed to mostly P's with few Q's and I hope they both- "show me the Money!"
