This is good news teekay. No dilution and no issuing of shares. Glad to hear the O/S is not 19,937 and also, at the some time sad. Glad that it is not, because the shorts would have had their friends at FINRA shut IHGP down. Sad because the mother of all short squeezes won't happen under those circumstances.

Either way, a PR should help lift this off. There has to be a short trigger point to cause this to leg up to and past many multiples of where we are currently trading.
