Don't worry the Banking mess will be cleaned up in stroke of a pen. Just like GM. QE2 will be the bailout of ALL mortgages to the banks delight. The Black Letter of law will be ignored (remember the bondholders claim and the union pension override).

P.s. The S&L bailout. Filings by the RTC claimed immunity to all title defects including property taxes. No one stood up to the Federal claim of superiority.
