I was responding to a post by microcaps1. He numbered his list of questions. This is his question #2.


"2)Then 9-09 filing whereby insiders buy 2M restricted stock-always a good sign of confidence when insiders buy-in fact some stock services send out notice when there is insider buying to alert people to buy."

I avoided commenting on that question about a filing made in Sept 2009. There has been so much put out by MYFT about "accredited investors" and other financial moves that I can't keep track.

I will say that it's been speculated here that a group,including Mike Head put up the money mentioned in the Sept 2009 filing. If anyone here can fully understand all of MYFT's money raising moves, please share.
