It all depends on if you see it as ugly or just part of the game before they announce the size of the dividend. If they have to cover because the dividend is too big to swallow they might think starting off at a lower PPS will be better for them. WRONG as I am sure our prices for our shares will be much higher no matter what.

Not ugly, just part of the game.
