Chiron... Personally, I would feel just as good getting $4 than say 2x value plus just to see the high level banking executives responsible for Wamu's demise get more than just a slap on the wrist.

Though, there is something to think about in regards to a settlement number with Nelson throwing out that $30BB number in court. A 50% compromise on that number would make it what...$7-8 dollars?
