poboy: CPTC selling some power cable and is valued at $500M vs. BIPH saying the expect to close deals with two major medical device companies this year and valued at $100M. People obviously think MW is crying wolf....but with all the recent patent filings for to stents, guidewires, interventional MRI....and all this stuff right up Boston Scientific's alley....I think Biophan could be onto something bigger than most would imagine in thier current R&D with BSX.

Here's what I would do with $50k. I would put 20k on BIPH @ $1.30s, 20k on something much less speculative....or even value (ish) like EZEN, MMRK, DFNS, and maybe 10k on something like PSOL @ $0.25, 10k on BLLI @ $1.15ish, or 10k on PVCT under $1. Maybe mix-in a little EZEN here @ $0.85...point is...yes diversify.

I never did understand that CPTC, especially now that they're valued at more than their "big partner", GC?

One last thing, STOP paying costly commissions so you can be more nimble, efficient, and profitable. E-Trade....$9.99 if you make 5 trades a month...it works for me. I used to get killed on commissions too....there's no good reason to tolerate it. I once paid $0.03/share commission on a $0.025 stock......that was a very dumb move, even though the stock went to $0.20 shortly after....I didn't want to pay the broker another $5k to get out....so I transfered the security to E-Trade...but by the time it got to E-Trade it was back to $0.06 again...the price I had effectively paid to buy the POS in the first place.

Oh the lessons we learn in this game....I've learned quite a few....but as long as you're smart enough to learn from them...they become less frequent....and the good judgements more frequent....and you'll eventually prosper.
